Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Kindly try on the dress without removing tags, making alterations, washing or causing any damage to the goods.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to us via service@momtalia.com, and our support team will offer timely help.
1. Return Eligibility
Items must satisfy all below terms to be approved for return:
• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition
• All original tags remain attached
• Free from stains, makeup marks, odors, pet hair and other stains
• Submit return application within 14 days after goods delivery
Returns without prior official confirmation will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or refunded normally:
• Custom-sized and personalized tailored dresses
• Worn, cleaned, altered or damaged dresses
• Products missing original tags
• Final sale and clearance items
Standard size dresses can be returned only if all return rules are complied with.
3. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Goods
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving goods if you get wrong, damaged or defective products.
Please prepare the following information to speed up processing:
• Your order number
• Clear overall photos of the item
• Detailed photos showing defects or errors
• Outer package photos if necessary
We will confirm the situation and provide solutions such as replacement, partial refund or full refund accordingly.
4. Return Shipping Fee
• Original shipping cost is non-refundable
• Buyers bear return shipping fees except for wrong shipment or product quality problems
• It is recommended to use traceable logistics for return delivery
We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during return transit.
5. Complete Return Procedure
Step 1: Submit Return Application
Send email to service@momtalia.com within 14 days after delivery, including:
• Order number
• Specific return reason
• Related pictures if needed
Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization
We will issue official return address and operation guidelines after your application is approved.
Do not send goods back to the delivery address on the parcel by default, unauthorized returns will be rejected directly.
Step 3: Goods Inspection & Refund Arrangement
We will inspect the returned items strictly after receiving the package.
Once verified qualified, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5-10 working days.
The actual arrival time of funds is subject to the processing rules of your bank or payment platform.
6. Order Cancellation Rules
Most of our dresses are made to order. Once production starts, raw materials and labor costs have been invested officially.
Please contact our customer service team via service@momtalia.com ASAP if you need to cancel orders.
Detailed Cancellation Policy
• Cancel within 12 hours after payment confirmation: Refund 90% product amount + full shipping fee
• Cancel within 12-24 hours after payment confirmation: Refund 80% product amount + full shipping fee
• Cancel within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation: Refund 50% product amount + full shipping fee
• Cancel more than 48 hours after payment confirmation: Only shipping fee can be refunded
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled any more
7. Lost Return Packages
Please keep the return logistics receipt and tracking number until the refund is completed.
We will not take responsibility for lost return parcels without valid tracking records.
