Most dresses require 7–15 business days for processing depending on the design, availability, and customization requirements.

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping through trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

2. International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package by:

• Logging into your MomTalia account and viewing My Orders

• Using the tracking number on the courier’s official website

Please allow tracking information 1–3 business days to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address?

Please contact us at service@momtalia.com as soon as possible.

Address changes may be possible before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify delivery details.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be found:

• Check around your property or with neighbors

• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
